Marinera Residences’s Design Concept

Nestled along the slope, Marinera Residences seamlessly blend into the contours of the topography. As a residential development, Marinera recreates the sense of distinct dwellings, even within its uppermost units. Generous shaded areas are formed by overhangs that extend, aligning the project towards Chios Island. Comprising six blocks with 74 units, each unit within Marinera Residences showcases a diverse range of floor plans and area uses.

At each level, the project showcases uniquely arranged concrete floor slabs that create expansive terraces with picturesque views while providing shade to the units below. The intentional casting of shadows allows the glazing and wooden façade elements to fade away visually. This remarkable effect, orchestrated by Marinera Residences, blurs the building’s boundaries, creating a captivating interplay of light and shadow.

Marinera Residences meticulously designs unexpected perspectives, ensuring each unit is carefully and distinctly oriented.
