Transformation of ugly electric tower to stained glass lighthouse | Ali Hwang, Hae-Ryan Jeon, Ghung Ki

Boring traditional electric towers are so familiar with their ugliness, but it’s not familiar to see a colorful electric light house! That was exactly what the 3 imaginative art students did; they used their passion of art and beauty to convert such an ugly grey structure into a stunning installation.

Ali Hwang, Hae-Ryan Jeon, and Ghung Ki Park, 3 art students at Klasse Lobbert in Mustern, Germany, applied triangular shaped plexiglass_they couldn’t use stained glass for safety concerns- to fill the gaps in the tower covering it’s base mostly and then fading upwards.
