Brisa Apartments is a cozy and charming place to live in Leblon, the favorite neighborhood of the Cariocas. It is situated at the intersection of Igarapava Street and Visconde de Albuquerque Avenue, a green and peaceful street. You can easily access the Lagoa, Av—Delfim Moreira, which are the main commercial zones of the area. You can also enjoy the beach, just a short walk from Apartments.
Brisa Apartments’s Design Concept
We designed Brisa Apartments with the land’s topography and location in mind. Brisa Apartments has a great location in a corner, with plenty of space, a beautiful view, and a sunny morning. We appreciated and enhanced these features. We also chose pilotis, which offer a structural solution, a landscaped area, and a connection with the art of Iole de Freitas. These were natural decisions we made during this process.
The facades of Brisa Apartments feature glass panels, planters, and stainless steel guardrails that go from the floor to the ceiling. They create a feeling of freshness and movement and highlight our organic and fluid design. We made these choices to balance the building’s aesthetics and function. Brisa Apartments faces northeast, which allows us to get a lot of sunlight, especially in the mornings. This makes the apartments a great place for natural lighting.
The floor plans show a modern and contemporary use of space, with flexibility and integration. We thought green spaces were necessary, so we combined them with architectural elements to create a pleasant environment for the residents and the city. Brisa Apartments focuses on connecting the inside and the outside spaces, especially on the ground floor and the typical floors. We added gardens on the balconies and a spacious front square. This shows our dedication to the concept we created. We felt the sea breeze near the building and saw how light its shapes were. This inspired us to name it Brisa Apartments, which was a natural and joyful choice.
