1. Google Drive
Google Drive is a cloud storage app that lets you save your documents, pictures, and other files on a free 15GB-Storage-Space and access them via your Google Drive account anytime. You can even grant access to others, which makes it possible to send extra big-sized files. If you are an android user then it is already on your phone.
Substitute: Dropbox is another popular cloud storage app that gives you a free space of 2GB for data storage, that can be extended to 16GB by inviting friends and linking it to social media

Wunderlist lets you create as many To-Do lists as you like with different titles, and enables you to share them with others. It also, lets you attach related photos or PDFs to your list and set reminders for tasks and deadlines.

ColorNote is an easy and fast tool to prepare memos and checklists, and you can even set time reminders for your checklist. Plus, it has a sticky note memo widget, which is quite similar to the PC Windows sticky note.

Pocket is a reading list manager which lets you save articles and web pages of interest to a read-later list that can be accessed offline. The app also removes the “clutter” from the saved pages and enables you to change the background and text font and size for better reading.
