‘Phalus 2020’ is the new imaginary White House
Since the star of the American elections, visualizing how Trump would change America’s appearance and shape became a hot topic among architects and artists.
The latest addition to those visualized projects is Trump’s “beautiful pink prison”, which is the future White House by the Catalan artist Víctor Enrich.
Víctor Enrich imagines the White House after Trump’s presidency as the structure but stacked 13 times over each other. The artist called his imaginary scheme ‘Phalus 2020′
‘Phalus 2020’ imitates the future president’s scheme of residential towers and hotels. It also holds a huge ‘TRUMP’ logo on top.
On the other hand, more artists and architects are posting sarcastic visualizations of how the next president would change and capitalize the already existing White House. Under the name ‘Reconstruct America Again’, the Partisans team created collages of high rise buildings cladded in a golden skin at the same location of the already existing White House.
Other proposals were; a copy of the Trump towers, the ‘Big Duck building’ giant copy and the ‘Taj Mahal’ casino all in the location of the already existing White House.
