Rzekka Resort is Ludhiana’s most exotic culinary hotspot, blending modern amenities and aesthetics to create enlightening and inspiring luxurious spaces. This resort rests between two canals and is surrounded by the green farms of Punjab, shining like an oasis of distinctive excellence. The design has been sensitive to the local character, pepped up in a simple yet refined style that allows subtle details to reveal themselves. A resort unlike a traditional one, Rzekka Resort was conceptualized as free, expansive, and open to the beach so that artfully created elegance can be in perfect sync with their identity. It’s an atmosphere unto itself—the landscape, architecture, interiors, and art are all blended in harmony within this world.

From the moment you step into Rzekka Resort, you are enveloped in a captivating experience that urges you to discover Punjab’s most bespoke and tasteful enclave. The thoughtfully designed rooms and corridors enhance this serene journey further. The layout, incorporating multiple layers of privacy that merge seamlessly with lush greenery, sets the tone for the entire stay. Circulation has been carefully worked out at different levels and functions; vista after vista, the various landscape views open up in frames across the resort. Bow-shaped opening links in the stone walls connect different zones for perfect movement throughout the resort. The preference for the use of noble materials and natural textures of these materials in each space is evidenced by the natural materials and textures found in them.

Quality, comfort, and continuity blend into every aspect of the setting at Rzekka Resort. The private dining rooms, each uniquely designed with textured plaster hand-trowelled on-site and colored in earthy shades of mud and rust, enhance the natural feel of the material and contribute to the resort’s sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere. These buffering zones incorporate many seating areas, such as open, hollow, and stepped areas, along with open decks and terraces, providing a fine view of the water body. The sunken seating was purposefully done to maintain privacy for the private dining rooms; similarly, multi-purpose stepped seating discreetly hides storage and other functional areas at the back.

Plan – Ground floor

Across these seating areas, we can find two ways to go to another zone. This area on the second tier is called the poolside area, and it has a private dining room, open seating, and a banquet hall, which they also use as a party area. There is also a third zone in this restaurant called the beachside area, which is specially booked for parties, meetings, and weddings. It comprises private dining rooms with open seating and a bar overlooking the beach. An interesting sand effect was intelligently designed for the beach, with 3.5-meter-high mounds incorporated into the landscape. Private dining rooms are intelligently located on these mounds so that you can view the beach from a higher perspective. Soil from the excavation carried out to form the mounds was used to create the beach itself. This resort brings together a sublimity of subtle visuals with understated luxury and the modernist sanctuary of peace and comfort.
